The raw materials knowledge
Grands Moulins de Paris uses more than 400 different raw materials.
We have developed partnerships with the most important ingredients manufacturers to have access to the most innovative products.
We have experience of all kinds of ingredients and additives used in the cereal sector (emulsifiers, flavourings, thickeners, …).

 
         

An industrial approach
Thanks to the technical assistance offered to our clients we have an expertise of all wheat using processes : bakery, viennoiserie, biscuit making, pastry and delicatessen.

Every year GMP produces around 70 000 tonnes of mixes for industrials, craft bakers and wholesalers.

GMP continuously works on around 100 product developments.
We annually enrich our 500 hundred product range with 15-20 new mixes.

The experience of testing
GMP can help you to define a mix testing plan and to implement the tests you need.
